Our Shows are purely educational and therefore not regulated by the FCA.
Reliance on information posted and risks, commentaries, information and other Materials contained in any part of the Forex Trading Show is not intended to amount to Advice on which reliance should be placed. They should not be relied upon for the purpose of effecting Forex transactions or other investing strategies, nor should they be construed as an offer or solicitation of an offer to sell or buy any pair of currencies. Risk warranty: As financial instruments can go down as well as up, resulting in you receiving less than you invested. Trading and investing often involve a very high degree of risk. Our real-time presentation show is for attendees to watch our trading skills and experience in trading Forex Spot during the session. We do not present or give any tips or indications in the show; we only show how we make and execute a trade. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on www.forextradingshow.com without notice. We will not be liable if, for any reason, the www.forextradingshow.com is unavailable at any time or for any period. We may restrict access to some parts of the www.forextradingshow.com or the entire site.
Attendees of the www.forextradingshow.com acknowledge that their right to use the site and other products or services offered by www.forextradingshow.com is a trading skill and is not transferable by assignment, sublicense, or any other method to any other person or entity. Any attempt to transfer an attendee’s right to use this site is void and shall constitute a breach of these terms of use. If you choose, or you are provided with, a user identification code (“username”), password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential, and you must not disclose it to any third party. If you have reason to believe that a third party has access to your attendee’s link or password for the account, you must promptly inform us at peter.xu@forextradingshow.com
We have the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen
by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our opinion you have failed to comply with any of these provisions.
Refund Policy and Personal Information:
Financial transactions relating to our services are directly bank transferred via Lloyds Business Bank Account. We do not use a third-party payment system.
Trading fails policy:
If any show fails during the presentation session when the show reaches a risk stop loss of 0.066% during the show session, we will terminate the show immediately and provide a credit notice for free access to the next or future show, but we do not provide a refund policy.
What personal Information we collect about you:
We collect personal information about you. We may collect this information when
you:
- When you register or sign up to join our show;
- Register for a Forex Trading Show event;
- When you attend a Forex Trading Show seminar
This can include basic information such as your name, email address, and telephone number
and mobile number.
One Session in the Forex Trading Show
We provide an online real-time “Forex Trading Show “ (FTS), which is a demonstration trading session to show people how to trade in Forex. We selected candlestick Charts during our Show, which means all positions (buy or sell positions) do not roll overnight. In fact, the trading positions presented in our show will be executed at the end of the session. Our Show is purely educational. We do not advise on or tip any trades shown in any of our Shows. All trades demonstrated watching our trading skills and experience with our strategies during the show for educational and illustration purposes only. These products are not suitable for all traders. Please make sure you understand the risks involved. In FTS, we trade in Forex Spot; they are not futures, options, or CFD (Contracts for Difference) products. During the session, we use an MT4 platform and only present the size of the buy or sell margin of the demo fund before an action is taken; we do not advise upon or tip any investments or trades when our trading action is taken.
If you follow our trading during the Show, the FTS is provided without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. You assume the entire risk as to the quality and performance of the show. You hereby agree that ANY and ALL trading decisions you make are your own and reflect your own personal level of risks and trading skills. You also acknowledge and agree that you are aware of the risk parameters involved in trading and that the leveraged nature of Forex Spot trading can cause losses greater than your account balance. You further agree to accept full, complete and sole responsibility for any and all results in your trading account. There have been no promises, guarantees or warranties suggesting that any trade will result in a profit or will not result in a loss. However, there is no guarantee of its accuracy or its completeness. We do not accept responsibility for typographical or verbal errors, omissions or failure to transmit due to Internet connection errors.
